Winter 2010 is Summer 2009?

Please refer to charts 13-16 and 11-16 in the prior post. The recent NASI Downleg (DL44) has many similarities to DL38. They are described in detail on the charts. Neither resulted in downside to the RUT. Both followed Complex NASI tops and big run-ups (UL43 & UL37). Another big RUT run-up followed DL38.
