Does the Top of the NASI Cloud and does the NASI Red Kijun Line turn the NASI back down to put in a Large Down Tick to end the Bump and start the Run Down?

CT 1s & CB 1s hang nowhere:
CB 2s tend to abut pink clouds:
The NASI is within a grey cloud, so a Simple Top or Complex Top 1 is not in the cards right now. Either we get the DT or the Bump continues...
