30 year yield met prior Stage 3 Resistance on Weekly (top) chart and went into consolidation via an ascending triangle (bottom chart). Current Bollinger Band Width, CCI value & Aroon Pattern are similar to mid October. Ascending Triangle Target yield is ~4.75%.
