Weekly TZA
Weekly HA is consolidating. TZA has yet to get out of Stage 1 Consolidation. Still below the cloud with bearish TZA MA alignment & TZA Aroon Oscillator. The weekly TZA MACD Histogram has recently been bullish. It's still a Bull Market for the RUT, although short term the RUT can be bearish.
