Waiting for the Trend to be Established

Eighty Foot, Maxi Trimaran, Sodeb'O hung out across from my F31 at Gateway Marina for July and half of August, waiting the right weather condition trend to be established. It's skipper, Thomas Coville, wanted to break his own North Atlantic crossing solo speed record of 5 days 19 hours. A extreme, favorable weather trend developed for the two larger crewed Maxi's, also docked at Gateway. They departed and both broke the Crewed Record, since they could outrun the wind. Sodeb'O is still waiting for the day that the right Trend is established for his Tri.
